Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre

The only 3issues we had with our stay was that right next-door is another hotel and I believe it’s name as well is Heritage Inn. I went to the wrong one first. The other issue was the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out. We had to use our data ultimately because of the interruptions. Lastly, there was confusion on the reservation when it was made, I had told who I was talking to that it would be six people, three adults and three children. They realized after the fact that they had made a mistake that they had undercharged us and completely comped it and included two more breakfasts. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks to the staff and the management for making a good one. The breakfast was really worth it

Staff great helpful and friendly. Free breakfast sometimes buffet sometimes cooked to order was very nice and the cooked to order pancakes were very tasty. Evening meals in the lounge bar were good. Rooms a good size and comfy deducted a star as cold bath tap was loose and I needed to tighten it and there was no basin plug - small details but should be getting noticed by housekeeping at room changeovers. Hotel is a good location for anyone wanting to visit the Dinosaur Provincial Park .

The beds were very comfortable. It needs carpet stretched and some upgrades but it was clean and comfortable.

We had an incredible evening at this hotel . The service and hospitality from the team here was impeccable. If you are looking for a nice stay , try this place out. Five Thumbs up.

I was doing outdoor stuff so I freeze water bottles but the fridge didn't have a freezer. I went to the attached restaurant at 830 pm and it was crowded and understaffed. The food was great.

This review is specifically for hockey tournament families: The conference center was a FABULOUS place to book for the evenings of our latest hockey tournament in Brooks. Our first evening, we organized a buffet dinner in the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and treated all of our youth (over 20 8-12 year olds!!) kindly. The burger buffet was served hot, came with LOTS of toppings and everyone had good things to say. We booked a banquet room for both nights so our kids/parents had a place to hang out (not in hallways or the lobby). I feel as though we were pretty well behaved and so the staff were very kind and patient!!! I would definitely book this conference center again, on behalf of a sports team. The hotel rooms were next door to the conference centre. Some had said the rooms were a bit cold, but overall the hotel was just fine. The kiddos had fun in the pool as well. The hotel has a zero tolerance alcohol policy in the lobby/pool. So, our parents were happy to have the conference room :) haha

I can’t accurately rate the rooms as we didn’t use them, we did rent a large room for an even our organization was hosting though and it was great! Every hotel employee we dealt with was very helpful, the cook even made specific requests for dietary accommodations. Cannot recommend enough.
